What we collect

On rasengan.win we collect what you type into a form (company, name, email, phone, state, fleet size, what you asked for), the time you submitted it, the country your connection came from, and the text of the consent you agreed to. On data product pages we collect your email and payment details through Stripe, which processes the card; we never see the card number. Pages record an anonymous visit count per page. We use the Google Ads tag to count visits and sign-ups from our ads. After a purchase, we pass your email address to Google in hashed form so Google can match the sale to the ad click (Google calls this enhanced conversions); we pass nothing else about you. No cookies are used to show you ads on other sites.

Where business contact data comes from

We send onboarding checklists to businesses using contact details those businesses filed in public government records (for example the FMCSA Motor Carrier Census, the Texas Comptroller's permit file, the California CSLB licence file). We do not buy consumer lists.

How we use it, and who receives it

If you submit a quote request, we share the details you entered with up to three independent providers of the services you selected, as stated in the consent next to the form. We are paid by those providers, as a fee for your request or a referral fee. We do not share your request with anyone else, and we do not sell the details for any other purpose. Your choices

Stop all email from us, or withdraw a request, at rasengan.win/unsubscribe or by emailing [email protected]; we act immediately. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or ask us not to share it, by email; we answer within 30 days and do not treat you differently for asking. California residents: these are your rights to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information under the CCPA; use the same email or rasengan.win/unsubscribe as the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link.

Retention and security

Quote requests are kept for up to 400 days, then deleted. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires. Data is stored with Cloudflare and Stripe in the United States.
