Weekly data file · for truck insurance, factoring, ELD and fuel-card sellers

New DOT leads every week

The full file free for 7 days, no card. Then $29 a month if you want to keep it.

One spreadsheet each Monday with every carrier registered in the last 21 days that was not in an earlier file: company name, address, phone, email, trucks, drivers and cargo. Each carrier appears in one file only. Call them in their first weeks, while they are still choosing an insurer, a factor, an ELD and a fuel card.

Subscribe now, $29/month

No card for the free 7 days. After that, $29 a month, cancel any time.

How the free 7 days work

  1. Leave your email. No card, no sign-up. Within the hour we email you the complete current weekly file, every row, not a sample.
  2. Open it in Excel or Google Sheets and filter the State column to the states you work.
  3. Keep it if it pays. On day 5 we send one email with the subscribe link. After 7 days your free access ends; nothing is charged, because we never took a card. Subscribe for $29 a month and a new file lands every Monday morning at your own download link.

Weekly, on purpose

Need same-day leads? Daily new-carrier lead tools with dashboards and dialers, such as TruckerDB, DOTnow and NativeBase, charge $49 to $99 a month (prices checked 2026-10-25; see our comparison). This file is for agencies that work new carriers in a weekly call block: one plain spreadsheet, 7 days free with no card, then $29 a month, which is well under a penny per new carrier.

What is in the file

This week's file: 2,972 carriers registered 2026-10-12 to 2026-11-01 that were not in an earlier file, 2,927 in the 50 states and DC and 45 elsewhere (Canada, Puerto Rico). 1,695 of them run interstate, 2,167 are for-hire, and 1,565 started with a single truck. 99% of rows have both a phone number and an email address, as the carrier filed them, and only 27 of the 2,972 rows share a phone number with another carrier in the file.

Looking for new authority leads? For-hire carriers that run interstate generally need operating authority (an MC number) before they can haul for hire. Every row says whether the carrier is for-hire and interstate, so you can filter straight to them: 1,405 in this week's file. Each row also shows whether FMCSA has an insurance filing on file yet: this week 1,421 carriers that need one have no insurance filing on file with FMCSA yet (1,317 of the 1,405 for-hire interstate carriers, 94%).

Columns: USDOT number, legal name, DBA name, company officer, street address, city, state, ZIP, country, mailing city and state, phone, cell phone, email, operation (interstate or intrastate), hazmat flag, passenger flag, trucks, drivers, date registered, cargo carried, operating classification (for-hire, private, exempt) and a link to the carrier's public safety record.

You get a zip with the CSV, the same rows as JSON, and a plain-English guide to every column. A new file lands every Monday morning (US time) at the same download link. Each file has every carrier registered in the last 21 days that was not in an earlier file, so carriers FMCSA lists late still reach you and each carrier appears in one file only.

How we count

  • Our window: this week's file counts carriers that registered for a new USDOT number Oct 12-Nov 1, 2026 and were not in an earlier file, so each carrier is counted in one weekly file only.
  • Why other counts can look bigger: some lists add up a rolling 30-day window, about four of our weeks together. Others count operating authority grants (MC numbers), a later step that can include carriers that registered weeks or months before. A bigger number there usually means a longer window or a different step, not more new carriers.
  • Repeat phone numbers: only 27 of the 2,972 rows share a phone number with another row.
  • Contacts as filed: phones and emails are as each carrier filed them with FMCSA. FMCSA does not check them and neither do we, so some will be wrong or out of date.

Phone numbers and emails are shortened here; the file has them in full. Click a USDOT number to check that carrier on its public safety record.

Who buys it

  • Truck insurance agents: new for-hire carriers need liability and cargo cover before they can haul.
  • Factoring companies: new carriers wait 30 to 60 days to get paid and have no credit history yet.
  • ELD, fuel-card, dash-cam and compliance sellers: every new fleet needs these in its first month.

Questions agents ask

When does the new file come out?

Every Monday at about 07:30 UTC (early Monday morning in the US), at the same download link. Each file has every carrier registered in the last 21 days that was not in an earlier file, so each carrier appears in one file only. Every row shows the date the carrier registered.

How do I get it each week?

Free 7 days: we email you the complete current file within the hour, no card. Subscribers: after checkout you land on your download page. Bookmark it: it serves the newest file for as long as your subscription is active. There is nothing to log into.

Can I keep only my state?

Yes. Open the CSV in Excel or Google Sheets, turn on a filter and pick your states in the State column. This week's count for every state is below.

Can I import it into my CRM or dialer?

Yes. It is a plain CSV with a header row and one carrier per row, which most CRMs and dialers import directly. The same rows come as JSON too.

Can I call or text these numbers?

These are business registrations, but many owner-operators list a personal cell phone. Play it safe: check numbers against the National Do Not Call Registry, and never send autodialed or prerecorded calls or texts to a cell phone without the owner's consent. You are responsible for following TCPA, CAN-SPAM and state telemarketing rules. This is not legal advice.

How do I cancel, and what about refunds?

The free 7 days by email need no card, so there is nothing to cancel: access simply ends. If you subscribe, Stripe checkout starts with 7 free days and charges $29 on day 8, then monthly; email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, or use your billing page, and we cancel. Cancel before day 8 and you are not charged. Charged by mistake? Email within 7 days of a charge for a full refund (see our refund policy).

Is this a government list?

No. Rasengan Data is a private company. We rebuild this file every week from the FMCSA Motor Carrier Census, a public federal record. We are not affiliated with FMCSA, USDOT or any government agency.
