What this means

The licence is active: CSLB lists its status as clear. That means no suspension is on file; it does not rate the quality of the work.
Contractor's bond: $25,000 with Merchants Bonding Company (Mutual). The bond is there to pay consumers and workers harmed by licence-law violations; it is not liability insurance and it does not guarantee the work.
Workers' comp: exempt. The contractor has told CSLB it has no employees. If a crew shows up on your job, ask for a current workers' comp certificate; a contractor with employees must carry workers' comp.
Our records show 1 change to this licence since we started tracking the CSLB file; see the change history below.

Watch this licence: $9/month. We email you when CSLB's file shows a change to this licence's status, bond, workers' comp or expiry. Checked every Monday and Thursday. Cancel any time.
